We tried AI and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

That's common. Most failed attempts are a chatbot bolted onto a process nobody mapped. We start with the workflow, automate one well-defined job, and check it works on your real data before adding anything else.

Will this replace my staff?

That isn't the goal. We take the repetitive parts off your team, like copying data between tools, chasing replies and writing the same message twice, so they spend their time on customers and decisions. People stay in the loop wherever judgement matters.

What tools do you use?

Whatever fits your business. Usually that's Claude, Anthropic's AI model, for the language and agent steps, n8n or Make.com for the workflow where it fits, and the tools you already use: LINE, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, your CRM, Notion or spreadsheets. Everything lives in accounts you own, and we document how it works.

Is our data safe? What about PDPA?

We design with Thailand's PDPA in mind. A workflow only collects the data it needs, it runs in accounts you control, access is limited to the people who need it, and we write down where every piece of personal data goes. If a step doesn't need to see personal data, it doesn't.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many systems an automation connects. A single, well-scoped automation usually takes a few weeks from signed proposal to live. Your proposal includes a timeline, and you'll see working progress every week.

What does it cost?

Every project has a fixed price, quoted after the free workflow audit once we both know exactly what we're building. There's no hourly billing and no surprise invoice. The optional care retainer is priced separately, and you can stop it any time.

Do you work in Thai?

Yes. We work in Thai and English, and the agents we build can reply to customers in either. We build for LINE first, because that's where most Thai customers expect to talk to a business.

Is this AI consulting or done-for-you?

Both, with a lean towards done-for-you. The audit and proposal are the consulting part: what to automate, in what order, and why. Then we build it, run it with you, and hand over documentation so you're never dependent on us.
